Quality, Environmental Management, Health and Safety

  The integrated management system for quality and environment of DIO Pernik ltd. is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001:2018 by AQ Cert, which guarantees a competent and customer-oriented work in terms of waste management 

The current policy of the Quality and Environmental Management, Health and Safety System in DIO Pernik Ltd. is part of the general vision for the development of the Company.

In implementing this Quality and Environmental Management, Health and Safety Policy, and the resulting objectives, the Company's Management strictly complies with the requirements defined in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, namely:

  • With the current policy, the top management of DIO Pernik Ltd. expsses its commitment to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction with the products and services offered, continuous control and pvention of opportunities for occupational accidents, maintenance of healthy and safe working conditions, pvention of opportunities for pollution, maintaining a clean working and environment as well as improving the activities that may lead to possible environmental pollution;
  • Continuous increase of the efficiency of the Quality and Environmental Management, Health and Safety  System in DIO Pernik Ltd.;
  • Periodic review of the current Quality and Environment, Health and Safety Policy, and if necessary its updating, in relation to the changed conditions, as well as a commitment to comply with the applicable legal and other requirements for quality, environment, health and safety.

The Company’s Management, in the person of the Managers of DIO Pernik Ltd., conducts and improves the announced policy of the Quality and Environmental Management, Health and Safety System on basic principles, compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, reflecting the specifics of all performed by the Company's activities and the state of the market. With this policy, the Company’s Management is committed to the following principles:

  • The level of quality of the products and services offered by DIO Pernik Ltd. is determined by the constantly growing requirements of the clients and the market, as well as by the international and national standards;
  • The Company, repsented by the Managers and all staff, works for full compliance with national and international regulatory requirements in the field of quality, environment, health and safety;
  • Maintaining a continuous process of improvement, leading to more complete satisfaction of customer requirements and expectations, requiring continuous improvement of quality and environmental management, health and safety processes, as well as all processes carried out in DIO Pernik Ltd;
  • Successful development and recognition of the market, as well as maintaining a high level of quality is achieved by providing conditions for continuous professional development of staff, as well as full awareness of the responsibilities for health and life of all employees in the company;
  • Acquaintance of the clients, the assignors, the state and local administration with the results of the applied policy of the Quality and Environmental Management, Health And Safety System in the Company.

A central point in the policy of the Quality and Environmental Management, Health and Safety System of DIO Pernik Ltd. is the process of continuous improvement in all activities, and for this purpose the requirements of the process approach are applied as basic in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, as well as all requirements for monitoring, operational management and management of aspects, impacts and risk. Improvements in all aspects of the activities of DIO Pernik Ltd. are reported, taking as a basis the pvious state of activity, process or product and compared with what has been achieved after the improvement.

This policy must be reviewed for adequacy during the reviews by the Company’s Management of the Integrated Management System. The Company’s Management of DIO Pernik Ltd. is committed to disclosing the Quality and Environmental Management, Health and Safety Policy at all levels in the organizational structure, to the stakeholders and the society and to ensure its implementation.

The Managers of DIO Pernik Ltd. accept the assessment of the control bodies, the clients and the other interested parties as criteria for the correctness of the formulated and implemented policy, committing to review it in case of any signals concerning its adequacy and applicability.
